Nexis GC-2030 – World's highest sensitivity and reproducibility*

Jun 28 2017

Shimadzu’s next-industry-standard Nexis GC-2030 gas chromatograph (GC) offers the high sensitivity analytical capability and high expandability demanded by the market, while also featuring functionality that enables easy operation and maintenance also by novice GC users. Advanced gas controllers work independently, enabling ultra-high-speed and ultra-high-precision flow control resulting in exceptional reproducibility. A variety of control modes are supported, such as carrier gas constant linear velocity control, constant flowrate control and constant pressure control. Multi-step programs can be created for each control mode as well. Up to four detectors can be installed, such as a flame ionisation detector (FID) offering the world's highest sensitivity, or a barrier ionization discharge detector (BID) identifying trace quantities of most components at sub-ppm levels.
