Rugged Polysaccharide Chiral Columns
May 05 2020
REFLECT™ chiral columns are rugged polysaccharide phases suitable for a large range of chiral compounds and are compatible with a wide range of solvents and separation modes (HPLC and SFC). High purity base silica and proprietary packing technology provide excellent peak shape and resolution when compared to leading chiral phases. High resolution greatly improves preparative loading, leading to greater productivity and higher purity separations. REFLECT™ chiral columns are fully scalable from 3 µm to 20 µm, and available in six different immobilised and coated phases.
REFLECT™ immobilised columns offer stability with strong solvents like THF, ethyl acetate and chlorinated solvents for greater flexibility in developing separations that exhibit different selectivity in comparison with coated phases. The extended range of solvent choices can enhance sample solubility, which can have a positive effect on the production rate in preparative applications. REFLECT™ immobilised columns are available in Amylose A, Cellulose B, C, and J selectors.
REFLECT™ coated columns area made using a unique production process of coating the chiral selector on high purity silica gel and offer high efficiency, with excellent peak shape and loading capacity. REFLECT™ chiral phases were developed to match or exceed performance of legacy polysaccharide chiral columns. REFELCT™ coated columns are available in Amylose A and Cellulose B selectors.
Regis has been a trusted supplier of high-quality chromatography products and unique chiral stationary phases for more than 45 years. All REFLECT™ chiral columns are affordably priced with fast delivery for most column sizes, including preparative. REFLECT™ analytical columns are guaranteed to match or exceed expected performance on a competing column of the same particle size, type and dimensions or your money back. Regis maintains a chiral applications database containing more than 900 applications as well as offering free chiral screening to find a separation method for any chiral compound.
