ChromSquare V2 software – In-depth insights with just a click

Shimadzu’s ChromSquare V2 software enables visualisation, analysis and processing of data obtained using comprehensive two-dimensional chromatography. Comprehensive chromatography (LCxLC, GCxGC, LCxGC) is a powerful analytical tool when dealing with complex mixtures, and it has been successfully employed in various areas such as food, environmental, chemical and pharmaceutical analysis.

In comprehensive two-dimensional chromatography, the sample is subjected to two individual separation dimensions resulting in a tremendous increase in resolution power as well as extremely large data files containing a wealth of information. ChromSquare V2 provides simple and reliable data analysis and ease-of-use in data handling and processing with its intuitive operability. New graphic features deliver clearly arranged data view windows, while enabling all operations from qualitative to quantitative analysis.

ChromSquare V2 allows direct importing of data from Shimadzu’s GCMSsolution/LabSolutions LCMS software. The target compounds are displayed along with the spectrum from the data point at the peak apex, enabling searching of database information. This is also of benefit to existing customers who wish to apply established LCMS or GCMS methods.
